What a beautiful family! I loved working with this bunch. Big sister is 2 and ran the show, which made my day because goodness she’s a doll! It’s important to me that my space feels safe for everyone and slowing down, getting on her level helped me know when to be patient and when to snap the photo. Isn’t she so cute?! And she loves her baby brother so much. Little guy was wonderful for his newborn session! Here are some of my favorites below.
Sometimes I’m blessed with the joy of photographing a family more than once, and this beautiful girl’s welcome to the world provided me that opportunity! I photographed her big sister just a few years ago. I love how alike their looks are but still so uniquely different!
This precious guy was so calm during his session, he didn’t make a peep! He loved being wrapped up and snuggly. He was a perfectly sweet fuzzy bear ❤︎

This session makes me so happy. Y’all, grab your parents and take them on a family session! No excuse needed, just grab your parents to love on them for some photos. It’s important, truly ❤︎ It might feel awkward, you might hate having your picture taken, and that’s okay. I’m queen of awkward and I make sure even the teenagers feel embarrassed and have fun!

We walked through trails near the Tejon Ranch to find the pretty light and overgrown trees. The best part of these sessions is not so much the scenery, but the sweet love moments between family members. At least that my favorite part!

Sweet Cohen is the chubbiest little ball of adorable! I felt like he just melted into each pose so easily and perfect that I hardly had to do anything. Isn’t he handsome?! I love that he showed off his beautiful peepers too <3
