I’m taking  quick moment away from sharing adorable babies with you to share a review of one of my favorite products! More babies coming soon though, promise ♥ A few years ago, USB Memory Direct, a company that produces custom flash drives for business, reached out to me asking me to review their product in exchange for their free product. Running a business is expensive so of course I jumped at the chance of trying a product I use at no charge from a company I hadn’t had the chance of working with yet. I’m super excited they reached out to me again this year to review their product again with their new partnership program.

A few things I look for in USB’s that I present to my clients is consistent quality, style, writing speed and ability to customize to match my slightly rustic minimalist style.

Sometime last year I ran out of USB’s and decided to try going the route of digital downloads for purchased digital files to save time and expenses, instead of delivering on a USB. I gave it a solid 3 months and I’ll be honest, I didn’t love it. I enjoy delivering a product for my clients to hold and feel. Not to mention, a USB provides one extra sense of security for holding your photos just in case something happens, like hard-drive failure. Not to worry, I vow to always keep your images safely backed up in 3 separate locations should anything happen.

The USB’s I chose from USB Memory Direct are the Tower wood drives in Fiber Wood. I love that the fiber wood look has a little more character than wood drives with a bit of rustic appeal that matches the style I try to portray in my work and brand.

Customization is important for me. I worked hard on building a brand that matches my personality and I want my clients to see and feel that personal touch. It feels good to see your name on a product you’re proud of when you deliver to a client. These USB’s are engraved with my logo. My first worry when putting my logo on anything is the loss of detail in the flowers when it’s not printed in color. I was especially surprised with the detail on these and actually really love the monotone feel. It has a slight texture in the flower so it’s not just a flat blob. Two thumbs up from me!
I’m a firm believer in work smarter, not harder. I need a flash drive that writes data quickly when transferring images from my computer to the USB. I’m a mama of two kids who are homeschooled 5 days a week and a business owner of two thriving creative businesses. I don’t have time to waste waiting around for things to work. These drives have yet to fail me in this department. 

Consistency in quality is incredibly important. I don’t want to order a bulk of a product and receive some that are good and some that shouldn’t have passed the product line. I love that each USB I receive from USB Memory Direct is finished nicely without any inconsistencies and I can use them right away without worry.
